Project Health-Check & Turnaround
We will conduct a fixed-price, multi-point assessment of an “in-flight” project to assess the current performance and identify issues preventing success. An action plan will be quickly developed to rectify any problems; providing the project with a clean bill of health and every chance to deliver a successful outcome.
Project Capability & Maturity Assessment
This service assesses the organisations capability and capacity to deliver projects well, consistently. People, process and technologies are analysed to ascertain the level of maturity of “the project organisation”; the outcome of which is a pragmatic improvement plan designed to provide a platform for development of the organisation’s project capability.
Project Management Process Improvement/ Implementation
We'll design a custom fit Project Management method and process (either client specific or tailored from an industry standard method such as PRINCE2), which aligns the Project Management organisation to the client’s strategic goals. Included in the service are process design workshops, training & communication plans, implementation support and the development of the report/ document templates required for the on-going operation of the method.
